The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser hand Vacuum now features pet photography by Tami Barrows of Creative Life Imagery.
Bissell selected Tami Barrows to do the photo shoot based on her web site and the pet photography featured on it. A representative from Bissell Home Care flew out from Michigan to New York to meet at Creative Life Imagery studio in Sidney, NY. The border collie mix, star of the photo shoot, is from Morris, NY.
The vacuum is now seen on shelves world wide featuring a photo from the shoot last year.

I’m so pleased to say that my story about Bissel and Kiely the border collie winning their contest and me being chosen to do the photo shoot by Bissell Inc. Made front page of The Daily Star out of Oneonta, NY.
The photo was a good size and in full color standing out nicely from the black and white bank robbery pictures above it. There were two stories on the front page and mine was one of them. Congratulations to Lillie Goodrich and her $5,000 puppy Kiely!!

A few weeks ago I was approached by Bissell (you know the company that makes vacuums and the pet spot bot carpet cleaning thing that I always wanted)… anyway, they held a nation-wide contest for a pet photo contest. A dog in Morris, NY won, and one of the prizes was to have a professional photo shoot and that dog would then be featured on a future Bissell pet cleaning product.
They searched the internet for a photographer within 30 miles of Morris and they chose me because of my pet photography. I had to send them other pics too of pet photo shoots besides what was on my site.

A representative from Bissell flew in from Grand Rapids Michigan yesterday to meet me and the dog and owner. The photo shoot was at my studio from 3:30-5:30pm. It went fantastic!! I found out, that my photo of the dog will be printed RIGHT on the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Hand Vacuum and shipped world-wide!

The winner of Bissell’s pet contest was a border collie mix named Kiely, and her owner Lillie Goodrich of Morris, NY. Lillie Goodrich is President & co-founder of Glen Highland Farm, a border collie rescue organization. Bisell donated $5,000 to Glen Highland Farm as part of prize package for winning the pet contest.
